A founder of a small international bank sought IT consulting to gain a better understanding of modern technologies that could maximize results in terms of security, customer service, and business process automation.
Solution
To address the client’s objectives, two working sessions were conducted to assess the current state of the client’s IT infrastructure. Based on this assessment, advanced technical solutions and virtual models for customer interaction with the bank were proposed.
Results
The outcome of the project was the delivery of an IT road map, outlining the scope of work, sequence of actions, and the requisite technologies for a comprehensive transformation, turning the bank into a nimble and fast-moving fintech company.
