Solution
To address this challenge, we developed a robust SaaS solution comprising a Telegram chatbot and an administrative panel. The chatbot was designed to monitor and enhance the learning curve for users by seamlessly integrating mini-tasks and lectures into their daily work routine. Simultaneously, the admin panel allowed HR professionals to access detailed progress reports for all users and exercise full control over the company’s learning process.
Results
Our SaaS solution empowers companies to establish a continuous micro-training practice for each employee, irrespective of their role, with minimal time and financial commitments. The entire interaction process occurs within the familiar messenger environment, making the adoption of these practices easier. Consequently, the completion rate for training stands at an impressive 96%. Presently, our product is undergoing pilot testing within our partner companies.
