Description
A service platform that connects travelers with guides required automated solutions for communication and reservation management. The primary challenge was to process and comprehend natural language inputs from users, transform them into user intents, and align them with the platform’s capabilities.
Solution
To tackle this challenge, we implemented a chatbot and seamlessly integrated it into the platform. The chatbot was designed to accept multiple text inputs in natural, everyday language from users. Its functions included the identification of user intents and the ability to recognize and process requests for reservation modifications. Furthermore, a pluggable architecture was incorporated to allow for future expansion and feature additions. To gain deeper insights into user needs and intentions, we utilized Google Studio and Google Looker products to analyze conversations and reviews.
Results
The implementation of this solution provided the client with a framework to continue developing and enhancing the platform in-house. This technical acceleration not only facilitated convenient alterations in reservations and improved communication, significantly optimizing the user experience but also enabled in-depth understanding of business processes through Google Looker Studio. This deeper understanding has paved the way for potential improvements that can further enhance the platform’s functionality and user satisfaction.
